By using Globa Pay payment links, office dashboards, or the admin portal, you agree to these terms. Globa Pay provides software infrastructure that helps offices accept Cash App / Lightning payments and track balances.

Accounts & access

• Administrators control which offices and staff accounts are active.
• Staff must keep login credentials confidential and use only their assigned office portal.
• Deactivated offices may lose dashboard access immediately.

Payments & payouts

• Customer payments settle through Lightning providers configured by the platform operator.
• Displayed office balances may reflect platform fee percentages set by administrators.
• Payouts are available only when enabled for an office and cannot exceed available balance.
• Platform wallet liquidity and network conditions can affect payout timing.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer settlement flows, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

Availability

Service depends on hosting, database, and Lightning provider uptime. Temporary outages may delay invoice creation or settlement.
