Globa Pay provides payment checkout links and office dashboards for businesses that accept Cash App / Lightning payments. This page explains what information we process to operate the platform.

Information we process

• Office and staff account details created by administrators (usernames, password hashes, office names).
• Payment records needed for dashboards and payouts (amounts, status, timestamps, payment hashes).
• Operational logs such as admin actions and security events.
• Technical data required for secure sessions (cookies) and abuse prevention (rate limits).

How we use information

We use this information only to operate payment links, authenticate staff, show office balances, process approved withdrawals, and keep the platform secure.

Sharing

Payment settlement may involve Lightning infrastructure providers (for example Alby) required to create or pay invoices. We do not sell personal information.

Security

Access is protected with encrypted sessions, role-based portals, and production configuration checks. Staff should keep credentials private and change temporary passwords after first login.
